Sense and Sensibility is one of Jane Austen's first novels. The heroines of the story are Elinor and Marianne Dashwood who live with their newly widowed mother and young sister Margret. Elinor is the older sister and is soft spoken, mature, and gentle. Her younger sister Marianne is outgoing, talkative, and sweet. The other characters in the story add a lot of depth to the story. I particularly like Sir John and his mother! I, myself like the character of Marianne. She is very entertaining! All in all I would call this my second favorite Ausin novel. Perfectly sublime!:)Tuesday, December 16, 2008
